How to Make:
One pack makes 12-15 idlis.
Mix pack content with 150ml buttermilk and salt. Allow to Rest for 20-30 min.
Add 1/2 tsp ENO or baking soda, then pour into greased idli molds.
Steam for 8-10 min (Microwave) or 12-20 min (Gas/Induction).
Cool before demolding. Serve with your favorite chutney!
